Beta notice

TagDeck 1.4.0-beta.1 is beta software. Use it with care, keep backups of important music folders and test metadata writing on copied files first when possible.

Removing songs from TagDeck does not delete audio files.
Emptying the library does not delete audio files.
Internal creative data stays in SQLite.
Metadata writes use backup and validation, but should still be tested carefully during beta.

The manual update checker reads https://soundbender.live/tagdeck/latest.json. It does not send your library, paths, song names or telemetry.

If checksums and file size are published later, they can be added to the update manifest without changing this page structure.
